I know, I paid for a blue checkmark. L! This is the most important post I've ever made and sincerely hope anyone reading it retweets it. I'm a creator. My YT and Twitch are a huge part of my identity. I love it and I'm incredibly thankful for it. I've streamed for thousands of hours. Made hundreds of moderately popular youtube videos where I had to start over multiple times because I messed up talking. I don't have massive reach or unlimited resources, just 5 months of building through doubt, uncertainty, and every piece of conventional wisdom saying "don't." I've done my best to make a platform that the creator world deserves. Because belief and conviction overpowered those things, just like those same emotions fuel creator dreams. All of the current drama on the timeline made me realize how much I miss the streaming space from a couple of years ago. 😞 The timeline used to be full of everyone hyping each other up and supporting one another. Now it's just CONSTATE hate and attacking everyone. Makes me sad.

Hotdrop launches soon. I’m excited. Worried as well for sure. I hope people use it. I think they will. But I’m still not sure. And I’m also not sure how it’ll be used. That’s a different kind of worry and excitement. I do know that identity and dignity is everything. 🤞☝️❤️

I’ve also thought about making a movie related channel because I’ve always been a huge movie person all my life and it would probably be really enjoyable to share my passion for cinema. Some time soon I’ll probably start up a youtube for that

Real talk for a second. Multiple Sclerosis affects nearly 1 million people in the U.S. My sister Tonya is one of them. Watching someone you love deal with MS changes how you see the world. That’s why I stream every year to raise money for the National MS Society. Every donation helps research, support programs, and treatment. So this Saturday we stream. We raise money. And we fight back. March 21 🧡
