@giffgaff right - it’s now been 25 hours since I contacted an agent and still no reply. Will you please finally chase this. Relevant numbers were in a DM earlier today. Phone ordered on 1 Dec and still not dispatched. Customer service abysmal.

@giffgaff phone ordered on 3rd December as a gift for my daughter. Delayed delivery, told it would be despatched by Friday. Still no notification, order still showing as processing. Generic copy and paste replies from agents. Terrible attitude to customers.

Well thanks for nothing @sainsburys I was stuck in your car park for about an hour in the end with a young child and other drivers getting aggressive, driving down the wrong side of the road at my car and no one from the store came out to help or control the situation at all.
