Phasma Scouting

Lots of people are wondering, what is the secret of finding good players with potential, who can fit to a club under a specific role. What is the secret of a solid scouting process? Just stick to one thing, trust your instinct when you watch a player, observe every little detail that could be important, but most of all be creative and try to connect the visual aspects along with the stats. Scouting is not only about numbers and boxscores, it is not something that can be based only on algorithms and rankings or highlights. Scouting is about combining all elements and reaching to a conclusion on how a player can be productive and which are the areas he can improve. This is what Phasma Scouting is about. It will try to find talented players who can make a step up to their career, as it was traditionally the case in @ManoloAthan77 YT channel. I am proud to start a new challenge and looking forward to bring innovative content once again through this new effort. And eventually everyone will have to figure out what the secret of scouting is, according to his own needs and basketball philosophy.
