People complain about unskippable cutscenes but if you don't make your story unavoidable, majority of gamers will miss it entirely and call your game hollow.

Worst take I saw today was someone say souls games don't have lovable characters and also don't have a story... Guy... Souls games have such Iconic characters I knew who Solaire and Siegmeyer were for years before even playing the game
