@Role_Play_Chat They got an airship in SKT (a rare thing but story item) and the litterally had it for 5 hours before killing the (semi-hostile) crew & nearly crashing it.

Have you ever given your #DnD table a flying vessel? I suppose this question works for any #ttrpg where a flying vessel would be relatively uncommon :)

@MoseyDm Monk, it's not necessarily a knock on the class but it doesn't really inspire me. I've been playing for a while now & only really come up with 5 I'd actually persue playing & 2 are Shadow.

Is there a class in D&D you just never plan on playing?

@MadameDM_DND This is Needles (Dances on Pine Needles), a Tabaxi logger/ranger NPC who wanders up and down the sword coast looking for work. Whenever I need a friendly woodsman for the party, he's my go-to. He's a mainecoon tabaxi (Orc & dragonborn sized).

@PondPlays That said, you tell me right now we're playing a grinder, I'm sticking to my guns and just making a string of differently flavored red mage (Krynn, not Thay) glass cannons. My gut right now says Shadow Sorcerer with Rogue Assasin multiclass if possible. Gnome.

@PondPlays So we're actually doing a "deadly" campaign right now in one of my groups. Now I'm playing each character to live and I'm fully committing to where they go, but I've more focused on what story I'd like to tell through them all. My DM and I have created a plan of theme for 8 Pcs
