Do you wish to see interior Building Plans? If you are not the owner, you must supply us with a letter from the Owner providing permission. If the owner is an LLC or Corporation, you must supply us with a Statement of Authority from the LLC or Corporation.

Contractor licensing for Pitkin County Community Development is handled by the City of Aspen Community Development. This is to ensure that duplicative services are not administered by both jurisdictions. To apply or renew your license, please contact 970-920-5090

(2/2) This order issued by Public Health will remain in effect until April 17th. The only exception is for trades people who are responding to an emergency issue. The Sheriff’s Office will be out enforcing and anyone found violating the order can be incarcerated.

(1/2) Due to the Public Health Order issued on March 23, residential and commercial construction sites may continue minimum basic operations until March 31, 2020, for the purposes of safely securing and closure of their construction site.
