Amazon sellers / Resellers here is how I’d use this same tech for Retail Arbitrage. May surprise you. When sourcing either you or your staff: 1. Take a photo of the UPC on the product you’re buying. 2. Have it auto upload to some cloud. Google, iCloud, etc 3. Run this extraction on that folder every hour automatically. 4. Have a simple dashboard created with Claude that: Stores every UPC and matches them to product names. Here’s the big one. Extract the location meta data from the photo. Map them to physical stores on your dashboard using Google Maps. Bucket them by sourcer automatically. Now you have a live map of where every item was sourced down to the exact location / store / who sourced it / what it was / when it was sourced. 5. Run reports on this data to know not only your best stores but your best locations. 6. Go further and notice trends on best time of day. Brands per locations, etc. All of this for $2-5 a month in overhead.

I solved a huge marketing and social pain point with AI. The team connects their Google Drive and Dropbox. Claude then recreates a much lighter thumbnail for speed of loads. Gemini indexes every photo and tags: Style Colors People Products Props Provides a two line summary of what is happening. The photos get bucketed. This runs every 4 hours for new photos added. Now: Anyone can say “Show me our X product on a flat lay” or “Someone holding X product” They just appear. Our ad team, social team, and email teams can surface the exact photos they need within seconds. No more file structure issues. Weird names. Losing huge photo sets. Having to remember anything. I’m using Gemini 2.0-Flash. Costs you a couple dollars for 10,000 photos.

I knew a guy who ran a marketing agency. Was pulling in around $90K/month with a team of 8, and he'd left his corporate job about 3 years before to build it. But he came from that world. Still had friends there, and he still wanted them to see he made it. Then he linked up with a circle of entrepreneurs who were levels above him. Private events, exclusive dinners, the type of guys who talked about deals in the millions. He wanted in. So he started spending like them. The $7,500/month penthouse, the $2,800 Porsche lease, flying to Miami, Dubai, LA just to be in the room. Picking up tabs at dinners just to feel like he was on their level. He even threw money into a crypto play one of them recommended. Some presale only their circle knew about. He wasn't saving. Wasn't even thinking about it. The money was coming in every month, so why would it stop? One of his biggest clients made up about 35% of his revenue and owed him $340K in unpaid invoices. Then they filed bankruptcy. He filed a claim and waited months, only to get $41K back. Around the same time, the crypto play crashed as well and he got nothing from that either. But the lifestyle didn't pause. Rent was due, lease was signed, and the circle was still watching. He then started covering the gap with credit cards and a business line of credit. Couldn't make payroll one month, then two. Told himself he'd make it back. He didn't. 6 months later he sold the agency for $380K. It was worth over $900K a year before. But when you have to sell, buyers smell blood. Paid off the debts and had nothing left. Went back to near zero. People think being a slave to the system ends when you leave your job. But there are entrepreneurs making 6 figures a month who are just as stuck, chained to a lifestyle they built to impress people who don't matter

Spent a couple hours and started building my own version of an agent network. Prebuilt agents and three LLMs all working together on tasks. Passing information back and fourth, better memory systems and token usages. It’s not there yet to replace my current flows but it’s also only been 3 hours 😅 Would love to make this my default workstation.

So if you use summarize .sh tool by @steipete to go even farther > Setup claude code > Give it a list of youtube video URLs > Ask claude code to use the summarize tool to produce full transcripts and save to markdown > Use the qmd tool to create a "collection" for the youtube transcripts > Create a skill based around the collection Imagine a "brain" of the best marketers from authoritative youtube sources. That's what can be done in 15 minutes of work

The best investment I made last year was only $100. I paid a local college coder dude $100 to sit with me for an hour at a coffee shop and teach me terminal and connect Claude Code to my computer. You've probably not used terminal much, so you might be thinking I'm over hyping this, but I promise you this is a MASSIVE unlock. An actual. literal. modern. SUPER POWER. You can do things via terminal that your browser or even your AI just cannot. For example, recently most of the Youtube Downloader chrome extensions were taken down or made in effective. Well... still light work for terminal. Look, listen to me, don't listen to me, doesn't change my day. I'm still doing cool stuff and fillin my bank account, just trying to help who I can, where I can. LEARN TERMINAL! Hire a local nerd for an hour and just ask him to install stuff and explain stuff. Do this weekly or monthly if you must, but trust me, you'll love this.

A lot of people forget the key thing that makes openclaw great. It is not a blackbox. You can make it work for you, however you like. You do not have to download a skill and be limited to how that skill works. You can customise it, it's local to you, it's yours. You do not have to wait for updates. Something not working? Just tell your agent. This is what makes it so great. The power is back in the hands of the user.

It's extremely strange anyone from anthropic is refusing to say in concrete terms if we can or cannot use claude code subscriptions with openclaw. This is the closest we have come to receiving confirmation it is ok. AFAIK it is ok. I have not seen any actual evidence of someone being banned for it.

vibe coded The Epstein Files podcast with Claude in a weekend and just crossed 100,000 downloads in its first week. to put that in perspective: the top 1% of all podcasts globally get around 5,000 downloads in their first 7 days. this did 100k. that's 20x the top 1% threshold. the average podcast gets 141 downloads in its first 30 days. most spend 18+ months trying to crack 1,000 per episode. a lot never get there and there are 4.5 million podcasts out there right now. no fancy studio. no production team. just Claude, a mac mini, and a weekend of focused work curating the right approach to this series. still processing this one honestly.
