@PrimeComms 🛑 Beware of AT&T's Bait-and-Switch I was promised a monthly bill of $180 TOTAL, covering phone and internet—no activation fees, no surprises. That was the deal. I confirmed it more than once. Then the first bill came: double the price. There's also a line mistakenly added by a store clerk, and despite repeated attempts, it’s still on my account. I’m being charged for it, and no one will fix it. We traded in our old phones as part of the offer, but now we’re completely stuck. Not only can we not revert to our old plans, but AT&T refuses to even acknowledge the error. No callbacks, no accountability—just silence. This experience has been a nightmare. I’m sharing my story so others can avoid being misled the way we were. Transparency and good service shouldn’t be optional. Now, I noticed your big fat F on the BBB, so going through them obviously doesn't worry you. But you'd think there would be enough professionalism to return a call.
