वैसे इस बात का एक गंभीर और अपेक्षाकृत लंबा जवाब देना चाहुँगा मैंने 30 साल टीवी के लिए काम किया है। इसलिए एक पत्रकार के तौर पर मेरी सहज़ प्रवृति सूचनाओं को अधिक अधिक हासिल करने और उसे तुरंत दर्शकों तक पहुंचाने की है। ज़रुरत हो तो त्वरित और लघु विश्लेषण करने की भी। (वही प्रवृति अभी भी है इसलिए ट्विटर अधिक सहज़ लगता है। लंबा दिखने की बजाय छोटे में लिखने का तरीक़ा भी मेरे अनुकूल है) लेकिन जब से यूट्यूब की दुनिया में आया हूँ तो पाता हूँ कि ये अलग ही दुनिया है। यहां ख़बर और उसके विश्लेषण से अधिक कंसपिरेसी थ्योरीज़ चलती हैं। देशी ही नहीं विदेशी मामलों की ख़बरों में भी। बल्कि उसमें तो और। उदाहरण के लिए आपको "इमरान खान की मौत" पर बने सैंकड़ों विडियोज़ की याद दिलाना चाहुँगा। टीवी चैनलों के यूट्यूब थंब और कंटेट तो छोड़ दीजिए, बहुत से इंडिविजुअल यूट्यूबर्स भी अक्सर ऐसी बातें करते हैं जिनका कोई ओर होता है और ना छोर... और फिर इसी में घुसा होता है एजेंडा। एक ख़ास दर्शक वर्ग को लुभाने का एजेंडा। बहरहाल इस बहस में अभी नहीं जाते। तो ऐसे में जब तक मैं ख़बर की अपने तरह से पुष्टि कर... उसे तराश कर... शब्दों को तौल कर और वाक्य-विन्यासों को सुनिश्चित कर... और कुल मिला कर कई घंटे का प्री/पोस्ट प्रोडक्शन टाइम और एफर्ट लगा कर यूट्यूब पर वीडियो लेकर आता हूं, तब तक दसियों वीडियो ऐसे आ चुके होते हैं जिनमें न्यूज़ कम और न्यूज़-गारबेज़ (सॉरी) अधिक होता है। बेवजह का मिर्च मसाला, 'सास भी कभी बहू थी' टाइप साज़िश... किसी को नकार देने की ज़िद, किसी को ईश्वर बता देने जैसी पराकाष्ठा, रहस्य पैदा कर दर्शकों के मिजाज़ मे घुस जाने की लालसा... आदि आदि... जो बहुत अधिक ट्रैक्शन खींचने में कामयाब भी रहते हैं। दोष दर्शकों को नहीं दूंगा क्योंकि मानता हूँ कि उनके पास अभी अधिक विकल्प नहीं हैं। (उन यूट्यूबर्स से क्षमा याचना के साथ जो तथ्यात्मक तौर पर और तार्किकता से साथ अपनी बात करते हैं... उनके लिए श्रद्धा है और उनसे कई बार सीखने की कोशिश भी करता हूँ 🙏) जहां तक मेरी बात है तो मुझे एक ऐसे समय का इंतज़ार है जब मैं अपने वीडियोज़ बेहतर प्रोडक्शन क्वालिटी के साथ बिना अधिक समय गंवाए यूट्वयूब पर डाल सकूं। शायद ये आलसी मन का बहाना भी है... 😜 फ़िलहाल नमस्कार
