I’ve been eating about 90% whole foods for the last 1-2 months now, and I can’t tell you how much better I feel. The first week or two were rough. I had cravings for fast food/sweets like 24/7 because my body was addicted to garbage. Now I crave Greek yogurt and fruit 🤣

I feel like @EmbarkStudios need to do something with blueprint sharing. Almost everyone is dropping blueprints to friends who aren't doing the expedition so they can have them back on their new character. Kinda defeats the point of wiping in my opinion. #ArcRaiders
