The Tax Ombudsman Service Tanzania (TOST) is an independent and impartial office that reviews service-related complaints against the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and upholding the Taxpayer’s Service Charter as set by TRA with regard to service matters.

The Public Protector South Africa (PPSA) proudly hosted a delegation from the Tax Ombudsman Service Tanzania (TOST) on Wednesday, 18 March 2026, at Public Protector House in Pretoria.
