@redBus_in Hi Team, I had booked a ticket on 4th April with Vidarbha Travels. Unfortunately, the bus broke down late at night, and I was unable to complete my journey, I had to return home at around 2:30 AM via cab. I raised a refund request the same night PNR: 389408572-56577

@TreeboHotels I did my booking with my fiance, made full payment bt while check in receptionist denied and saying unmarried couple is not allowed. Moving ahead he insisted to cancel booking assuring that I will get refund. I didn't get the refund. TRB: 24626009258
