Woah accoding to Politiko's source Tito Sotto has secured the nod of at leas 14 senators, another claimed Tito got 15. Exciting times at the senate later. "One of the sources said the leadership change will be tackled during the upper chamber’s regular plenary session on Monday. The source said Sotto had secured the votes of at least 14 senators while another claimed that the veteran lawmaker has the support of 15 senators. The source said Escudero’s impending ouster was triggered by the controversies hounding the government’s flood control program and President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s outrage over the worst corruption scandal to hit his administration."
