Watched a video online how to navigate this screen and not able to navigate to do a factory reset through recovery mode, seems not to respond the 2 side buttons..doing complete recharge of watch to see if this may enable something within the screen/buttons..HELP @Mobvoi_Official

HELP @Mobvoi_Official Watching going boot screen, shows ticwatch, then blinks off, and vibrates and repeats..can get to the bootloader screen, shown in pic, but never stays at this screen..says I have to move volume up and down to navigate..
