The special High Court sitting will be presided over by Lady Justice Alice Komuhangi Khaukha. The Mobile Court will be conducted under the recently issued Mobile Courts Practice Directions by the Chief Justice, which provide the legal framework for court proceedings to be held outside conventional court premises where circumstances demand
