@varinder_bansal @RacoldOfficial India has loose consumer laws. I live in Australia you can return anything within 90 days no questions asked ever, full refund or replacement. No dramas at all. Severe penalties on companies if found guilty of harrassment.

Bought 3 online geysers. 2 not working. Filed a complaint 3 weeks back and no response from service team of @RacoldOfficial. Pathetic service.

and if you install through your electrician you will not get warranty He told you have purchased through Amazon than asked amazon for all this matter Very bad experience from racold
