6 months post ACL + meniscus surgery and feeling strong! Rehab going great—force plate testing last month showed I crushed peak force and hamstring symmetry was nearly perfect (98%). Doc says I'm 'progressing as expected.' The work continues! @thelasky57 @TigersOakville @JPRockMO
