One thing I learned from real client projects: Development is only one part of a successful mobile app. A complete app project needs planning before coding starts. You need to understand: → Who will use the app → What problem it solves → Which features are actually needed → How users will sign up → How payments will work → How the app will be tested → How it will be published → How updates will be handled later → Many apps fail because people start with screens. → But a good app starts with structure. Before building, I always try to check the full journey: → Idea → Scope → Design → Development → Testing → Store setup → Launch → Maintenance This saves time, cost, and stress later.
