@B0nesJam That is to say, I'd assume you're in the "brain is too good" stage right now. I'm sure your technical skills will catch up soon enough! (And hey, you're amazing as is, so getting even better is impressive as hell!)

@B0nesJam I saw a post way back that said something like "artists go through cycles where they get better and feel good. Then their brain gets even better, so they start to notice more mistakes and feel bad. But then their skill will catch up to their brain and the cycle repeats"

Recently I had been feeling like my art is just so violently…mediocre Not bad or terrible just the text book definition “mid” Good enough where I don’t immediately see a way to make it better but bad enough where I feel like the results don’t live up to the vision in my head
