"What is your fastball?" For us it is inside zone. And in an 11P system it should be everyone's. The ability to create double teams at the point of attack & handle pressure / front variation gives it a ton of utility. Easy plays mentally, allow for more in-depth teaching of technique. Like all runs, it is even better when you have a back that can turn it into a home run like @jtanelus05
