When people say RWAs, what do you think about first?

If you're a European investor exploring real estate, you've likely considered several options: buying shares of a listed REIT, lending through a crowdfunding platform, or allocating to one of the new ELTIF 2.0 private market funds your bank has been pitching. But... 👇🧵

Buying a sports franchise used to require billions. Why? Because ownership of a club is structured through legal entities, shareholder agreements, and regulatory oversight. It’s capital-intensive and limited to institutions or ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Tokenization changes the structure, not the seriousness. Instead of one entity owning 100%, equity can be divided into smaller, programmable units.
