I left Israel last night on a rescue flight full of Americans. I originally went to the Middle East because there was a South Carolina family who was stranded. And because when your people are stranded in a war zone getting hit with missiles and rockets, the only answer worthy of the office - worthy of our country - is to get them out. I have not slept. Not eaten much. And seen things. I am grateful for every exhausting moment of it. There are those who govern from a distance - who weigh the optics or wait for the situation to resolve itself - and then there are those who get on a plane. I am the person who has always gotten on the plane. The family I traveled here for are safely home. But then I learned about more families. Hundreds of families. Thousands. Still stranded. Whom Grey Bull Rescue and others are helping. Grey Bull has been evacuating Americans. This was their 808th mission. They got out 155 Americans yesterday, families with infants and students. They had the people but didn’t have the plane. I jumped in to get the plane (Thank you State Dept, Embassy Jordan, Israel and Greece). Seeing this conflict firsthand reminds you of what's at stake when the world becomes dangerous and leadership becomes a question of character, not convenience. Tonight I am grateful. And I will never forget what I saw. What I learned. And the Americans who volunteered to help their fellow Americans, and those who are serving our nation patriotically tonight and always.

What started as a trip to bring a South Carolina family home turned into a full-scale rescue mission after we met Bryan Stern and the Grey Bull Rescue team. We could not turn away from what we saw. Working with the Department of Homeland Security and Department of State, we secured a plane and brought 155 Americans home. Thousands more are still stuck in the Middle East. We need more planes to bring them home safely.

We need to be as committed to saving America, as the Left is to destroying it. PASS THE SAVE AMERICA ACT.

Our Modernizing Government Technology Reform Act brings Washington's outdated IT systems into the 21st century. For too long, the federal government has relied on obsolete technology wasting taxpayer dollars and creating security risks. Name one case besides the Epstein network where this much evidence existed and so few arrests were made. We’ll wait.

The survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's trafficking network have been waiting for justice for over 20 years. Thousands of victims do not happen with one accomplice. But the monsters who destroyed their lives have never faced accountability. Just silence, delays, and a system more interested in protecting the powerful than the victims. We are STILL waiting. Justice is long overdue.

I remain opposed to U.S. troops on the ground in Iran.

Bringing our people home from the Middle East is a moment we will never forget. THIS is South Carolina STRONG.

There's a difference between right and wrong. Every one knows this is wrong and few have spoken up. Rand Paul had to have part of his lung removed after he was assaulted. Unreal we would promote someone who advertises violence as the answer when they have a political disagreement.

We introduced the Veterans for Mustangs Act to promote humane wild horse management while creating new opportunities for military veterans. The bill prioritizes hiring and training U.S. veterans to help administer on-range fertility control programs for wild horse populations. Our veterans have the skills, discipline, and commitment these efforts demand. Supporting our veterans means creating meaningful opportunities when they return home, not empty promises.

We met with a group of entomologists from across the Southeast at their ESA Southeastern Branch Meeting on Hilton Head Island. We discussed how federal funds help extend and improve their research on threats to agriculture and our home here in the Lowcountry. South Carolina STRONG.

We were able to get 155 Americans out of the Middle East together with Grey Bull Rescue. They had the people, but not the plane. We stepped in to help, and through the Department of State and Department of Homeland Security, we secured a plane to bring them home. These are not numbers. These are sons and daughters, mothers and fathers, lives we refused to leave behind. Missions like this do not happen by accident. They are forged through relentless collaboration across departments, organizations, embassies, and nations led by people who refuse to accept “impossible” as an answer.

President Trump released the Epstein files and was exonerated. Not Biden, not Obama, not Bush. Donald J. Trump.

We met with leaders from the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones to discuss how trade supports South Carolina’s economy and manufacturing sector. Foreign Trade Zones help businesses reduce costs, streamline operations, and compete in the global marketplace. South Carolina’s ports and manufacturing industries benefit significantly from these zones, which create jobs and drive economic growth across our state. South Carolina STRONG.

We’re still waiting on the SAVE America Act to be passed. Election integrity is the foundation of American democracy. Without secure elections, we have no democracy at all. If you are an American citizen, you can easily obtain an ID to vote. If you are not an American citizen, you should not be voting. It’s common sense. Voter ID doesn’t prevent voting. It prevents fraud.

MACE WIN: The National Police Association has endorsed our bill, the Lawless Cities Accountability Act (H.R. 3920). "The Lawless Cities Accountability Act of 2025 will ensure that administrations failing to uphold the law will not be rewarded with our hard-earned tax dollars," said Paula Fitzsimmons, Legislative Director, National Police Association. We stand with law enforcement. When cities refuse to enforce the law, defund police departments, or tie officers' hands while crime skyrockets, they shouldn't get federal funding. Our police officers risk their lives every day to protect communities. They deserve our support, not politicians who undermine them while collecting taxpayer dollars.

We are working alongside @GreyBullRescue to keep the focus exactly where it belongs: on every American still stranded in the Middle East waiting for a way home. We will not stop, we will not slow down, and we will not rest until every one of our people is safely back in the United States.

When South Carolina innovates, the nation follows. Our office attended the MUSC Boeing Children’s Wellness Center event, where a landmark expansion was announced: MUSC’s School-Based Wellness Initiative. Built right here in South Carolina with new Boeing funding, the model is now being brought to Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC. Telehealth. Data sharing. Real solutions to real barriers keeping kids out of classrooms and away from the care they need. The Lowcountry didn’t wait for Washington to solve this problem. We built the solution ourselves. South Carolina STRONG.

The Left is the party of “rules for thee, but not for me.” Voter ID requirements are somehow “racist,” but requiring an ID to shovel snow is perfectly fine. Violence is wrong until it is directed at a Republican political figure. The hypocrisy is truly sad.

🚨JUST IN🚨 The Oversight Committee has officially subpoenaed Attorney General Pam Bondi, after the committee passed our motion to subpoena her earlier this month. She will appear for a deposition on the Department of Justice's handling of the Epstein investigation and compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act. April 14th. Under oath. No more delays. No more dodging. No more redactions. We look forward to her answers. So do the survivors.
