So I guess thanks @AmericanAir! Thanks for the incompetent, rude and childish staff (except *that* guy!!), the great planning and organization, the vouchers or help I didn't get and above all, the support and understanding you lack.

@AmericanAir, we need to talk. 3 weeks ago, my mom passed away. I had to scramble to find a flight to Spain asap. I booked the SFO-DFW-MAD that would have me home at 9:05 the next day, probably late for the funeral, but in time to comfort my dad and sisters.
