下っ腹ぽっこり、実は「脂肪の問題」じゃないことが多いです。
理学療法士として毎日見ているのは、骨盤が前傾したせいで内臓が前に押し出されているパターン。この場合、どれだけ食事制限・腹筋をしても下っ腹は引っ込みません。
自分がどちらか確認する方法↓
壁に背中をつけて立ったとき、腰と壁の間に手がすっぽり入るなら骨盤前傾タイプです。
改善に必要なのは腹筋より先に
✔️腸腰筋をほぐす
✔️大臀筋を鍛えて骨盤を後傾させる
✔️ブレーシングで腹圧をかける習慣をつける
永遠に一緒に過ごさなくていい。原因さえ分かれば下っ腹は必ず変わります
