LeBron says he and MJ are two different players because he’s more of a pass-first player, while MJ is score-first, and adds that he’s a little better than MJ in some areas. “I never have compared myself to MJ because our games are totally different. I have been a point-forward/forward-point my whole life. I have always looked for the pass. MJ kind of looked for the shot. Not kind of, he did. He looked for the shot. There are a lot of things where I would say my game is a lot different and a little better than his, but s---, he was f---ing great. We're both great. We're both great basketball players." There is no catch all fix to misfortunes like health or rare circumstances, and you cant fit it around those

NBA commissioner Adam Silver said on a recent Competition Committee call, according to sources: "We should have a system where you should hate to lose. It shouldn't be a badge of honor. Losing should be uncomfortable."
The new change is not as drastic as relegation to a lower league -- but a penalty for being at the bottom.
Many league executives understand this may be an overcorrection, but one the majority believes is necessary.

The "3-2-1 lottery" proposal, named to represent the number of lottery balls per team, would expand the lottery from 14 to 16 teams. Teams that do not qualify for the playoffs or play-in tournament but stay out of the relegation zone (spots four through 10) would receive three lottery balls each. Teams with a bottom-three record -- the relegation zone -- would have just two lottery balls but have a floor of the 12th pick while the rest of the 13 lottery teams could fall as far as the 16th pick. The 9th and 10th play-in seeds in each conference receive two lottery balls each while the losers of the 7-8 play-in games receive one lottery ball each. In addition, no team would be able to win the top pick in consecutive years or be able to win three consecutive top-five picks. Teams also would not be able to protect picks in the 12 to 15 slots going forward.

You would have to reference a 38+ year old Lebron, same age Jordan couldn’t qualify to play in the postseason, which helps his playoffs record, thankfully. He would have been outclassed based on the reg season record lol

@DetCrashmore44 @LegionHoops I would prefer the roster with Dennis rodman but, compared to its peers in thats season, absolutely. The only team I would consider would be the Rockets but, Jordan quiting on the game and Hakeem and his health stopped us from seeing the real best vs the best.

Name another time when a star player left their team and they only had a two game difference in their record. Or a single digit difference on their record. Incredible.
