@RiverIsMee Those resources you speak of are not readily available (consider capitalism) or useful (since abusive relationships can be very complex,eg: victim stays for whatever reason). Abortion is a resource/support for them.

Pro-abortionists aren't forcing people to get abortion if they don't want it. Anti-abortionists force people to endure an unwanted pregnancy and the trauma of childbirth. Safe abortions must be availed as part of healthcare & nobody should be ostracized or jailed for aborting.

A zygote/embryo/fetus is not a child. A child doesn't die immediately it's birthparent dies. If the person that birthed you dies right now, you won't drop dead. A child is not one physical mass with their birthparent. A child exists separately — not physically hooked by flesh.

@RiverIsMee There are many situations that warrant abortion. An easy example is women stuck in abusive relationships. They need abortion for their wellbeing, the wellbeing of the already existing children, and to prevent forcing another human into the harmful environment.
