Day one of CLIC Conference-on-the-Move was really wonderful including visits to the Marimn Health and environmental health at Washington State University at Pullman.

I am preparing documents to submit for my academic promotion today and started to imagine what it would be like if the process was designed to help people feel good about/celebrate their work rather than doubt themselves/feel like it is never enough? Hoping the changes we will be implementing to recognize equity and advocacy for academic promotion @uoftmedicine will help others on this journey.
