I feel like my brain doesn’t know what it wants to do with football I love to scout, watch film, do film breakdowns, make funny football memes and edits, sharing relevant football content, making commentary/reaction videos and doing live shows, interviewing players, shooting on the sideline, editing those shots, capturing viral social content, building brands I sometimes wonder what it would be like to just pick one of those things and only put my energy into doing that as best I could

Joe Graves' promotion to 49ers' run-game coordinator is significant and should be getting more attention. SF's previous man here, Brian Fleury, catapulted from run-game coordinator straight to an OC job with Seattle. Kyle Shanahan clearly holds Graves, who's been an assistant in both the QB and OL rooms for SF, in high regard. By the way, this is an intriguing background. Like Fleury, Graves has coached multiple different positions. Shanahan believes this better enables a coach to grasp the big picture, which is especially important for a coordinator role. And the 49ers are looking to get their run game back on track after its least explosive season under this regime. Shanahan's top fix: "A lot of schematic stuff that we do as coaches."
