A beautiful film from the dawn of the 20th century. People stroll along the grand Blackpool North Pier in their Sunday best. Incredibly this was filmed over 120 years ago, in 1903.

81 years ago, Dick Winters & Easy Company make an all out charge on the SS in Holland. 🪖 Winters describes this moment as everything slowing down around him…The Germans were in slow motion & his men moved in slow motion. What a legend 🇺🇸

Travelling around Asia for over a year, we’ve stayed in some great places and some not-so-great places. However, every now and again, we are very pleasantly surprised, and today’s new place (which looked cheap and cheerful) is something rather special.
