Dr. Samantha Erwin is a data scientist at Pacific Northwest National Lab in the Applied AI Systems Group. Her work focuses on using disparate data sets for national bio-preparedness applications. Sam was an invited grad student at NCUWM for @virginia_tech! math.unl.edu/ncuwm

Never imagined 20 years ago when struggling through Calc I as a freshman (no hs calc) that I'd be a prof teaching a grad math class for ChE & referencing this book for a lecture on multivariate calc & vector field theory. Also didn't know the duct tape handle+repair would last.
