I really do think that a better strength and conditioning program under Harbaugh will benefit all players but especially the OL. Ezeudu can definitely benefit from more lower body strength, and Evan Neal needs a lot, but one thing in particular that has haunted him is his balance issues. Figure out a way to get him into the best shape of his life to where his weight is distributed in a way that can get the best out of him. The problem is Evan Neal might just be too lazy to put that work in. I don't think thats the case with Ezeudu though. Bricillo raved about the work ethic Ezeudu has and how good of a teammate he is.
