Catriona and I had a fabulous session tonight with Shetland 1st Responders (Fire and Rescue, Police, Coastguard, Red Cross and Ambulance) exploring how to Create space for distress. Amazing group of compassionate, caring people. Part of our @ScotRecoveryNet Shetland visit.

Men United offer weekly peer support groups for men, a mentoring and befriending service, motivational workshops and speaking events. They're a vital peer support service in their community, giving men the opportunity to open up, and realise they're not alone. ❤️
