I remember a stat from years ago that 55% or more deaths in Escape from Tarkov were in the first 2 minutes of a raid.

@Mythoclast_X @RiloeGaming I play assassin so I have some leeway with invis. But Ngl I’m just running around like a retard until I hear footsteps or nearby shooting that isn’t me. Then I try my best to third party and move on. As a solo it just seems like the best strat to just take out the last guy

I've learned that If I push early I am also at risk of being caught off guard. So I make sure I am controlling those gunfights as much as I can to have the upper hand.
I also play slow and like an ultra rat solo lol

@RiloeGaming In solo's its common to spawn literally within 100m of another player. If you run ahead the guy with a better headset will shoot you everytime.
When I spawn I immediately estimate another team will be opposing the POI side I spawn at.
But in solos I find the first bush and wait

@MrBubblyTTV What’s wrong with the system? Tbh I think it’s just one of those things that can be. Aren’t careful and repairing semi regularly. You get a gun jam. Manage to use a weapon a shit ton it jams. Easy solution. Die before it becomes an issue and build a gun or just buy an m4 lower
