@SeatedSupport I'm concerned ending up with 4 tix instead of two. Not knowing how the people are chosen (1st come 1st served/lottery) Both a friend and I did the secure seats thing. Is/was there a better way to expect a certain outcome? End up w/2 great seats-not 4?

@SeatedSupport I received my artist presale code for Tame Impala today, and when I was able to buy my tickets I was told that my presale code was incorrect. I entered it 50+ different ways, and was unable to purchase any tickets. This is actually insane and I'm beyond upset
