It's funny how people move goalposts. What's even the metric after Crimson Desert failed to find critical acclaim? Is it sales? Because Spider-Man 2 is also a multimillion seller.

Crimson Desert looks like a generic Ubisoft-style copy-paste sitting at a 78 on Metacritic, while Red Dead Redemption 2 is a 2018 game that's still the benchmark today, still gets compared to every new release

I don’t expect Crimson Desert to win GOTY at the Game Awards but I expect it to at least be nominated
I would be SHOCKED though if it didn’t at least win best Action Adventure game award

Bueno chavales lo he intentado.
Le he dado 61 horas y hice bastante bastante contenido y disfruté la exploración como una niña pequeña pero las secundarias y las principales me parecieron tan malas y repetitivas que no aguanté más… le doy un 5/10… muy inconsistente. (1/4)

I really miss the old days man, today:
- Gaming is getting expensive
- Rent and houses are out of control
- Food has gone up insane, restaurants too
- Gas prices are crazy
When is enough really enough? This will have so much bad long term damage to the world IMO

Crimson Desert is revealing something about a lot of modern gamers that was also revealed in a way with Starfield. They need their hands held with lots of cinema level cutscenes and scripted events, or else they can't find any fun in certain games.

@Emmanuel_mg30 @wilkinmeta Mio pero historicamente los gta y read dead siempre sueltan sus trailers “de solo gameplay” a meses de casi salir. Incluso el de gta 5 salio 2 meses antes de salir el juego, el de read dead 2 faltando un mes. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 eso eso normal, siempre ha sido asi. Esa gente acostumbran eso
