@SMcloughli24864 @Powered_541 @Simplified_US yes, it was not just some guy though, it was William Cobbett, a former hater of Paine turned “radical”. I think he just wanted an excuse to defile Paine’s grave so he gave the pretense of memorializing him and then just let his bones rot in his attic.

I finally met the best 2026 candidate. Paige Loud is a social worker running in Maine’s 2nd on abolishing ICE, recognizing the rights to healthcare & housing, & ending tax $ to war crimes. She takes $0 from corp. PACs & AIPAC. Read her policy page & donate to elect a badass.

I’m seeing many liberals say that if only people voted harder we could have avoided our current government. I understand, I do the civics, I vote. What these nostalgia seekers need to understand is that the root is so much deeper than Clinton or Harris or any DNC candidate.
