@notimportantms7 @chazzleazzle First of all my comment was in good fun, I actually do think that watering down your content is a smart move sometimes. Second of all, have you conveniently forgotten that in 2018 we still had the +/- 3 GOE system, therefore the results aren’t in any way comparable?

@SimplyLex494 Judges calling F/G’s lift illegal after a full season of them performing it with no calls feels like another example of blatant corruption which is why even people who find F/G overscored are calling it out.

@SimplyLex494 and now once again a questionable call happens and ZK gets the benefit... other teams have gotten preferential treatment in prev years (Bock and F/G) but as the new quad starts we're seeing which "young" team is getting politicked to hell and back and which are being panned

@SimplyLex494 I can only answer for myself, but the outrage is due to another ethically questionable judging decision that a favored team that somehow had judging decision mysteriously go their way too many times this season.

@AngiTalkSkating I loved Laurence’s skating long before she became relevant. They’re amazing ice dancers and they do deserve the titles. The judges do not judge what’s happening outside of the rink, whether we like it or not.

Giving my unpopular opinion: FB/C are the best ice dancers since V/M (but not as good as V/M obviously). Their skating is on another level than anyone else and also compared to P/C who never had the flow, speed, strength, and control that FB/C have. Laurence elevates him so much.

I'm guessing - again, total conjecture - they deemed the StaLi an overhead lift because his arms were straightened? It's been fine all season because they've been a bit bent to keep it from being an overhead lift
