This is what I like to see!! 80grams of carbs per hour for the 50km👌 And people took the piss about the amount of gels I load up with on the long jogs.

Facebook reminding me of my goofy post this time last year, telling friends I only had 100 YouTube subscribers so I did a slightly cringey beg. Not much changed for next 2 months. 12 months later, I’m pushing 100, 000 and almost full time! Isn’t that - in basic terms - AMAZING.
