Kidneys and liver are critical organs. If they become problematic life is finished. When kidneys are in trouble we resort to dialasis and we can limp on for a few years more. Liver cirrhosis will lead to death sooner. To protect kidneys drink 8-12 glasses of water, reduce salt, eat cauli flower, egg white, fatty fish, garlic and oliv oil on a daily basis. . Sugar and alcohol are the greatest villains for liver. If we drink for a few days keep it off for a day or two so that liver becomes normal. Control the intake of starch. Eat whole grains, leafy greens, fatty fish, nuts, fresh fruits, & drink coffee

The UK 🇬🇧 is such a well regulated & managed system. Resources are nearly evenly distributed so that it would be abit difficult to differentiate between the Rich & the Poor or middle class.
