@SmartBonesPets whoever designed the packaging for your holiday canes should be shot. Just about need a chainsaw to get the individual wrapping off. Why are dog chews individually wrapped anyway? What a waste of plastic.

@SmartBonesPets I've got a bone to pick. My dog loves your chews so I buy them but why was your holiday chew wrapped like they held the ark of the covenant! My dog doesn't understand that I'm making him wait because I have to do battle with a cling wrap beast every time he wants1

@SmartBonesPets - we have been fans of the sticks and twists for years but your new smart sticks formulation seems to shatter into sharp shards when broken and our dogs have choked on them. Are other dog owners having the same issue? #dangerous? Did you also change the twists???

@SmartBonesPets been told that affiliates you must on package could be China or Vietnam. Where are your products made now? So many dogs have died from Chinese made products. My past dog died from Chinese caused kidney failure.

@SmartBonesPets Sadly, my dogs don’t have email. Amazon is selling SmartBones made by Petmatrix in Mexico- different recipe than the Spectrum manufactured in Vietnam. Looks different and apparently tastes different.

@Bellabay2011 @SmartBonesPets Same here, my dog has eaten these for years and recently started vomiting every time she had one. I understand from other’s that they have the same problem and that the recipe and manufacturers recently changed.

@SmartBonesPets my dog has suddenly started throwing up and finally I figured it out. The smart bone isn’t being digested. It’s hard and flaky and has made him so sick.

@SmartBonesPets Your grain free recipe chews are labeled soy free, but ingredients include Xantham Gum. Do you know where this ingredient is derived from in your product? Asking for my pup who has a soy allergy. :)
