The past few weeks had been enormous in redefining real estate in Ogun state. Seeing my clients happy and satisfied is quite intriguing. Be a happy client likewise by buying Cedarview Estate an estate with a government Approved layout and infrastructure in Ogun state.

There’s something GRV does not understand or want to accept The movement is for Peter Obi and Peter Obi only! They don’t care about your ambition or independent thought You have to follow Peter Obi, and if you achieve your ambition to be governor of lagos, good for you! Smell the coffee bro!

@suleimanjunaid But femi is a goal getter that was willing to give all its takes to do something. If he can buy micar for over 2bn am sure the fail acquisition won't stop him from building one.

I was dying to see him talk about building the refinery in his book. However, it's worth of note that zenon crashed at possibly its peak. Am sure if zenon hadn't crashed he would have built it.
sj.@suleimanjunaid

20 years ago, Femi controlled over 90% of Nigeria's Diesel Market and Imports 20 years later, his friend Aliko has the capacity to produce 100% and Exports. In 2006, you'd bet it was Zenon that'd go on to build a Refinery and not the Cement King.

In my experience, female salespeople were more effective in convincing prospective clients, perhaps because of their commitment, ability to charm and reluctance to take no for an answer. Extract from Making it Big by Femi otedola. Page 20

@oluwafifunmii At least on this platform before the student loan don't we all see the likes of Wizrab raise it for students who couldn't pay their School fees (am not against it)? Do you see that on your timeline anymore?

@oluwafifunmii Ok let me answer this: You are partly right that borrowing is still rising under him. However here are the reasons: 1. Do you know 61% of our Revenue goes into debt servicing? 2. Due to the above reason Government spending > revenue So borrowing fills the gap.

@Somide_Samuel But the same regime borrowed more than other regimes even after removing subsidies across all sectors.
