SEAFRONT TRADERS ECHO, "vendetta"? Bad PR or lack of self-awareness. Reads like SFT has a "vendetta" against city residents? ALL parking fees reduced apart from seafront tourist zone. Residents get 15 hours parking including 6-9 pm with Southend Pass for 34p per day, FAB DEAL!
