save yourself the hassle - don’t book at @SpringHillSuite Nashville Downtown. we stayed from Friday to Monday this past week. Svc was terrible, room never cleaned, no toilet paper, shampoo in rooms and no cleaning svc for four days (and yes, we opted IN for cleaning) what a dump!
