@MrCunnyFunt @AFL At what point was the player in front ever in a position to mark the ball? He has totally misjudged the flight of the ball much like in the final marking contest when he found himself behind the Hawthorn player who marked the ball on the chest.

Surely the AFL has to do something about staging and really enforce it. @AFL

The sport I follow most closely by far is Aussie Rules. Can anyone tell me if there's as much fierce debate over rules and the laws of the game in any other sporting code? It feels like as a footy fan there's hot debate over rules every other week - is that normal?
