@StepsChilterns Recently tryng meditation which I'm loving! I use the on-line 10 minute meditations and love that wee bit of peace and calm. #30minswellbeing

@MyMindful5 That’s such a good point. I think being a busy parent, it’s even more crucial to make those regular in-person connections

@StepsChilterns I always need a bit of time with my friends, it’s usually a play date involving our small kids too, but being around my friends definitely supports my wellbeing. I notice a change in my mood if I haven’t seen them during the week. #30minswellbeing

@styleitlocal Yes, super important as well - for me, it is magazines - I have loads around the house and never any time to sit down with a proper cuppa and actually read them!

@StepsChilterns A4 Always a run/cycle at weekends with our LB, but I'm conscious that to stop and do nothing is needed as well! Something I need to work harder at!
