I don’t completely disagree, but I think Phil was just doing what Satia was telling him to do. The games became crap because of the Woke crap and DEI. That was not a Phil thing, that was a Satia thing. Go on to YouTube and look for the conferences where opened them by acknowledging every Indian tribe who owned the land in the past. Or even better, the ones where each speaker described themselves for blind people. “Hi, I am Satia, I am a brown skinned person who identifies as male. I am wearing a blue turtle neck with the letters DEI Cuck on the front.”

@Stormforger @IGN Phil was awful at his job. Consistent output of bad games & changed everything that the 360 made Xbox great. Xbox got greedy wanting more money from gamepass & people said no thanks. Just like how when the next gen console comes out & it's over priced they'll have to lower prices
