This graphic is floating around social media lately and there is a lot of truth to it. But more should factor in to your choice as a player/parent. Choose a program that is sending kids to the next level consistently. It’s harder than ever to get recruited. Relationships matter!

Players number one concern if your 2027 trying find a travel ball team find out said travel ball program college placement from the previous year.

@8Ballahoopinsi1 Pay attention to the teams that have 3-4 guys the same size and position you play. Seen it many times. Leave one team playing 20 min a game and move to another to play 6 min a game on empty promises. Some want you to succeed and others want you to help them succeed.

It’s some travel programs doing nasty work telling a kid they gone be the man and your going to build around them knowing you already got a kid who the team is already built around smh

@coachjgriff1 Can’t be said any better. When it comes time to pay the bills GROWN MEN will say anything. Parents ask questions. Know the plan. Trust those that help you get there not those that show up at the end. Some only seek talent after the work is done.

The AAU recruitment season is in full swing. If you are a grown man and you are actively pursuing players and trying to pull them from a great situation…..YOU are the problem! It takes two to tango but kids are kids. Be a MAN and be an ADULT. Way too many selfish characters.
