@EuanJacks We’ll disagree but that’s football. If it’s true that our budget is 15/16 in the division, then he massively overperformed and got figured out with the cards he’d got and couldn’t react.

@StuartBrookes Genuinely think he was riding on the luck of signing a good loan striker each season. Couldn’t adapt, made players worse over time. As soon as there was injuries or players recalled, it was like he couldn’t compute what to do. Tactics were dreadful. Hoofball more often than not.

@EuanJacks He really wasn’t - he did a lot right, but he also made mistakes but we’ve had much worse and we’ll have worse in the future. We all thought he was genius last January.

@ArrowsmithLiam To be honest, not sure I’ve seen much of that from him so far anyway. Albeit, maybe because he needs more freedom than our very rigid structure allows for.

@StuartBrookes It’s almost as if having one of the most creative midfielders in the league (Patto) on the bench for 80 minutes is a bad idea 🤔.

I think we’ve played reasonably well tonight, certainly the better team, but my god - we get to 20 yards from goal and we really do appear to run out of ideas. No real creativity at all, such a predictable side going forward we are… 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

@CraigHollyhead All he needed to do was touch it, can only assume he had one eye on the keeper potentially clattering him when he should have been taking ball and keeper through the back of the net.

That was a pen all day long in the Prem. defender turns his back, trialing arm left hanging out and ball hits the hand flush on….

@TomJebb8 Two things. Our tactics are suited to playing on the break, teams sit in at our place and we don’t know how to take the game to them. Secondly, hate to say it, fans - can be toxic at times.

@WFCOfficial By far the better team today. Fully deserved the win. Don't understand why it doesn't work out for us at home. Maybe our home games need to be played in neutral grounds. Gives us more of a chance of winning. How have they won the last five. Just shows how crap league two is.

Easy to point to Priest giving away a silly free kick, but Kanu gave the ball away 35 yards from his own goal seconds before that led to the ball into the striker, all he had to do was hold it up, not try to spin his man.

Rico Richards makes a claim for a starting spot by proving he can defend really poorly too, just like the rest of our backline 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Can’t blame Sadler for these individual mistakes IMO, you can for the boring predictable football though.

Shocker of a first half. No idea going forward at all, wingbacks don’t seem to want to get forward, two attacking midfielders don’t run beyond… Then defensive mistakes like that sum it up. Blame Sadler for the former, not the latter. 🤷‍♂️

@AdamEllison83 So maybe he needs to come out - it’s his job on the line after all. I don’t think he’d lost the dressing room, the Chesterfield come back showed that, but after today - who knows 🤷‍♂️

@StuartBrookes I agree but we are not going to hear that. Trivela have defended him and he has took the flak for them until the last few weeks.

Think that's him gone. He has a great eye for a player. That cannot be doubted. But last year was always going to weigh hard in him and the fans. Mongs have generally shouted the loudest. But it's been coming. Some of you are happier to be right than the club be successful
