Hello @SunPower - My system has panels & battery(ies) installed but has not been fully completed & switched on. Sunpower told the installer to halt work weeks ago, amid installation, presumably due to your Chapter 11 situation. This is a leased system.
You have $50K worth of equipment on my house, but I’m stuck paying PG&E a lot of $ for power, as we intentionally made our house all-electric.
I need to know very soon whether or not the lease will be taken on by another company. In the meantime, I will need to be made whole for excess PG&E charges.
I know this situation sucks, but we’re in contract with you and you’re not fulfilling your end. Thank you.

@jasonyonehiro @SunPower well, i have the panels and batteries and mostly all hooked up. but require a final step with the city and then they can basically come back and finalized the wiring and such and turn it on. but yeah, i have the most expensive parts on my property.

Now that it’s at the top of the hour, a voice robot just came on to tell my wife that the office is now closed, and hung up. AFTER HOURS? She was on hold for TWO HOURS and you hung up on her!

@SunPower system hasn’t worked correctly for over two months, keep getting excuses and not solutions, I’ve called and talked with agents only to get “We are working on it!” Not able to see if system or battery is working, have been told panels are working, nothing about battery!
