@SwiftKey You gotta fix the iOS version of your app. I sign in to sync my dictionary and a day or two later I am signed out, again. That is driving me nuts. I am not 100% sure but I think this started with iOS 26. This does not happen on the Android version at all. #iOS26.

@SwiftKey Some app and most of them, I can’t use the swiftkey keyboard it’s automatically switch to Apple keyboard. I don’t know if this from apple force us to use their keyboard. Or it’s bugs need to fix.

@Ihor83062902 It’s hard to be sure about each individual case, but it looks like the lowercase version may have been saved in your user dictionary. Try to long press on the suggestion to delete it and manually type it a few times. SwiftKey should then save it as you’ve typed. Thanks!

@SwiftKey For several years I have been writing to you to correct the introduction of abbreviated names. Why is the name "Вика" written with a lowercase letter, and the name "Оля" with a capital letter? Is it difficult to make it possible to customize the dictionary as it used to be?

@Groucho1062 Thanks for reaching out! A lot of these are based on how you type, so if things have changed with the recent update, it shouldn't take long at all for SwiftKey to learn your preference.

@SwiftKey Recent updates are frustrating & annoying. Sometimes suggestions are the same word(s) with a different word following, but I want something completely different. Ex: I type "Wa". Suggestions are "Wait" and "Wait for". But I want "Wash"! So you're wasting space/strokes!

Hi @SwiftKey, for the past few days the GUI for the SwiftKey keyboard automatically shifts to Apple’s default keyboard under 5 seconds every time I select your keyboard. Am I missing any setting that retains your keyboard without having change it back every 10 seconds?

@SwiftKey Recently it seem have little bug not sure is iPhone bug or swiftkey bug. It keep switching back to iphone default keyboard while typing, even i had choose to swiftkey as before, it was working fine. Btw facing this bug at iphone 14 with ios 18.3.2
